In 2023, New Helvetia Brewing Co. purchased a fully equipped commercial kitchen trailer for our food operation offering elevated pub fare including vegan options. Finally, after more than 10 years, WE HAVE A KITCHEN!

Kitchen serves food during Tap Room hours, but closes 30 minutes earlier than Tap Room.
