Buffalo Craft Lager 4.8% ABV 23 IBU A modern interpretation of a classic Sacramento brew, and the inspiration for creating New Helvetia Brewing Company. This Helles-style lager pays homage to the historic Buffalo Beer, and serves as a reminder that Sacramento is, and always will be, a beer town. Gold Medal 2015 & Silver Medal 2017 at the California State Fair	(916) Pale Ale 5.2% ABV 23 IBU (916)™ (916)TM is a hella hopped-up American pale ale, with a highly strategic utilization of hops to make it aromatic and deeply hoppy without being too bitter.	Molly American Red Ale 5.2% ABV 23 IBU “Molly” is named after a famous red-haired actress with local roots. This unique beer is the result of years of research and development, culminating in this full-bodied, unfiltered beer with a deceptively complex flavor and amber color. Brewed with Crystal malts and gently hopped to lend a subtle sweetness and a mild, toasted flavor. Gold Medal 2016 L.A. International Beer Competition
Thunderbeast IPA 7.2% ABV 75 IBU Thunder is heard in the distance, yet no storm cloud approaches. The earth begins to tremble, and a herd of buffalo are seen cresting over the ridge. This classic West Coast India Pale Ale is named for the Thunder-beasts that once roamed the land. With a subtle softness it still packs a big kick of hop aroma, the nose exploding in citrus and hints of pine.	Northeast Land Park IPA 7.0% ABV This Northeast Style American IPA is hazy, citrus-forward and juicy. We show our love for this beer by naming it after the very neighborhood in which our brewery resides. Using a special yeast from Vermont, the unfiltered beer is hazy & hoppy, yet with little bitterness.	Homeland Stout 5.5% ABV 45 IBU Named after our historic neighborhood, this classic export-style stout has a rich and full body with a strong aroma of roasted barley, fresh baked bread, and licorice, mingled with notes of coffee and cocoa. B-Squad Blonde Ale 6.8% ABV 20 IBU Imagine a honeybee flopping through the air. Her ankles caked with the wishes of a thousand Sacramento wildflowers, she shakes off her adventures alongside a swarm of workers to transform their labor into the sweet nectar now found in this Honey Blonde Ale. Joined in seemingly random purpose, this brew pays homage to the ridiculous adventures of the expendable mercenaries in the Sacramento based comic book series B-SQUAD! Bronze Medal - 2017 California State Fair	Sloppy Session IPA 4.5% ABV 45 IBU Don’t let the lower ABV fool you, this sessionable IPA packs a floral and citrus aroma with hints of pine, and includes some of our favorite hops.
